Zepbound pricing through the LillyDirect Self-Pay program is:
- 2.5mg — $299/month
- 5mg — $399/month
- 7.5mg–15mg — $449/month (when ordered within 45 days of your last delivery)
Standard pricing applies if you refill outside the 45-day window. All pricing is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
