Patients receive automated communication at each stage of their prescription journey — from prescription receipt through checkout, shipping, delivery, and refill reminders. For bowel prep patients, procedure-date reminders and prep instructions are included. Outreach is via SMS for mobile numbers and IVR/phone for landlines.
