We will always treat you in a kind and fair way. It does not matter your age, race, religion, gender, disability, or how you pay for care.

Before we give you a medicine, we will tell you:
You can say no to a medicine or service if you choose.

We will work hard to send the right medicine at the right time. If there is a delay or a change, we will let you know.
You can always speak with a licensed pharmacist if you have questions about your medicine. If you need help with language or hearing, just let us know and we will do our best to help.
You get to be part of decisions about your treatment. We will also work with your doctor and other health care providers to help keep your care on track.
If you have a problem with our service, you can tell us without worrying about any negative consequences. We will respond quickly and work to fix it.
